For ultimate experience, combining these two types of transitions will certainly produce unique 3D animation look & feel and give even more power to your slideshow.
3D Transitions
Large number of options enables almost unlimited number of variations to set the unique transitions between slides. Some of the available options: slice columns & rows, flip angle, direction, order, depth, easing etc.
2D Transitions

Perfect solution for predefining number of settings which can be modified later on for each slide or transition. It saves you time and makes a great starting point for further customization.
